Email-to-Case not creating case

Hello,
Need your assistance why email-to-case is not creating case even though i am directly sending the email to the email service address.
Need your thoughts and advise.

I would start with making sure the Organization-Wide Address is added and Verified. Navigation Setup > Email Administration > Organization-WIde Addresses.

Then in the Email to Case Premium setup add the Verified org-wide address in the list.

If that is already completed, I suggest to contact Internet Creations for support
