One must wait for 12 hours to delete the flow or flow version, what is the reason behind it, why salesforce has kept this time frame to delete one flow?
Currently its salesforce standard limit, but good news is with 'Summer 15 release you are allowed to delete flow immediately without waiting for 12 hours.
Immediately Delete a Process After you deactivate a process, you no longer have to wait 12 hours before you delete it.
Now you can delete a process, as long as it: • Isn’t active • Doesn’t have any pending scheduled actions If the process has pending scheduled actions, wait for those actions to execute or delete them.

Hi Karanraj, Thank you so much for your answer, But I'm using summer 15 Dev org and still this error is getting encountered. What could be the possible reason for that? If this feature has been introduced in summer 15.
