Email Approval Process Reminders

I am trying to figure out a way to automatically send email reminders to users if they are the approver on the next step of an Approval Process.  From what I can find it does seem other people have tried this, but I have not seen a definitive method.  I was hoping we could use Flow to accomplish this. Within the Flow, numerous ProcessInstance objects are exposed and it seems like the right place to start.  Does anyone have any suggestions on specific objects and fields are should use in my Flow to accomplish this?

Thank you for the response. I have seen this suggestion before, but as I understand it, it does not determine who the next approver is.
