Send Customer Notification on Case Comment not adding case comment emails to email related list?

Hi,

When the Send Customer Notification on case comment is checked it is supposed to send and email to the case contact. This works fine.

By since this is in fact an email sent from case, it should display as  a record in the case's email related list?

It doesn't seems to be the case, Can anyone help.

I am afraid it doesn't happen that way, the case comment sent as an email will be available as a case comment and would not display as an email sent under email related list.

The outgoing and incoming email conversation will be available in this related list.
