Hi Ravi,

it all depends, But If you are good in ANT migration then that is easiest way than others.

In my point of view , If you use change set for deployment and con't included some component's to it, then how will sayit is esay...!

 1) Config / Customization which you are able to move using the Change Set..... Difficulties faced in movement?
 2) Things you could not move using Change Sets ...
