Change the email alert send time

Hi All
I have a email alert time-dependant action in a workflow that gets fired one day after a field is updated. So, the action works and the email is sent the next day but always at 3:00 a.m. Is It possible change the time? for instance, send the email alert at 8:00 a.m.
