Hi 

Please share the error message..
And please check the Project Credentials are correct or not. Right click on Project --> Properties ---> Force.com, enter the latest Username and password + Security token. click on OK.

Anagin Right Click on Project --> Force.com --> Refresh from Server.

Finaly,
Right Click on Project ----> New ---> Visualforce Page.

What error you are getting can you share screen shot or elaborate more on error ?

Hi

Can you describe what is your actual error. You are syaing unable to create VF page from IDE, Apart from this all other like deploy, save to server, creating apex class.

For your information. please check pacakage.xml file.
