How to use style sheets in standed detail page ?

by using CSS, need to display the field labels colour on detail page, is it possible, if yes how?

if know any one pls help me...

You can override the standard detail page with the custom VF page and apply css on this.

only for labels colours changes go for custom page, i think it is every complax, is not there any way to changes in standard page, like applying CSS ?
