Retagging in salesforce

Can we do bulk retagging in salesforce. Are else we need to do one by one retagging?

You can able to export the tag record for each object separately into csv file, then update the tag records with the new record id/item id in the csv and update into salesforce using dataloader or workbench tool. If you want download tag details for Account object then the tag object name will be AccountTag same applies for all objects.
