Email to Case Id is not populating
Hello,
I need help, my Email to Case id is not populating for some reason.
I have created a new routing address with case origin as "Email SPH", but for some reason the in the created case, the Email to Case ID field is blank.

I have created a new routing address with case origin as "Email SPH", but for some reason the in the created case, the Email to Case ID field is blank.

While creating email to case, Customer Email will map with "Web Email" field.
If You want to map "Email to Case Id" for that you need to write workflow rules and update "Email to case id" field with value of "Web Email" field.
