Is there a way to map "Standard" lead fields to Account Fields

Is there a way to map standard lead fields like: Name, Email, Phone Number, and Address to Account fields? I can't seem to get it to work. Thanks!

Standard lead fields are automatically mapped to standard fields in Account, Contact and Opportunity. You can only map custom fields to Account, Contact or Opportunity custom fields.
