Extracting Change sets to Force.com IDE Eclipse

How to use Force.com IDE inside Eclipse to extract the 'Change Set' and check-it into BitBucket ?

You can't extract changeset in Force.com IDE. Chanegset metadata is not available for importing it in IDE. This is not possible.

You can extract all components inside changeset and then check in those in BitBucket.

I am using ANT migration tool, to deploy my changeset into BitBucket.
Can you please help me in this, how to do this ??
