Trigger to notify user regarding the list of duplicate records when uploaded using a .csv file

Hi Guys Is there any way to write a trigger to notify the user regarding the duplicate records list when uploaded via .csv file from customer community portal?

If you move over to using the Data.com duplication functionality - you can write reports and triggers off of that:  https://help.salesforce.com/apex/HTViewHelpDoc?id=duplicate_management_duplicate_record_set_overview.htm&language=en_US

When you say "duplicate records list" - are you talking about the actual Data.com Duplication feature?

Hi Andy, we are not using Data.com duplication function because I don't think we can be able to show the list of duplicate records to the user. I need something where I can show the list of duplicate records(Phone and Email Match is the filter) to the user when they try to insert
