Need help with connect trailhead to my account

Currently I having issue of connecting my develper account to trailhead. I have treid at least 10 times over two weeks.

I created a new developer account that is now link to trailhead, but now I getting an error message of starting the challenges. Here is what I get once I click the link of "Take Challenges"

It might be due to the browser cache, try clearning your browser cache and then try again else try the different browser to verify.

You could do that (worked for me) or you could also try logging out and then back in.  That has also worked for me at times.
