profile detaile page can't open it open like permisiion set page..

Hey Giddamreddi,
This is weird that is happening with you so I will suggest just to refresh your bowser or logout from your org and give it a second try with same steps or follow these steps:
Click on setup---in seach box type profiles then navigate to your desired profile.
