How to determine a salesforce user's first time login?

I have some logic to be executed only when the salesforce user has logged in for the first time. I don't want the logic to be executed on every page refresh.
Is there any way to determine the salesforce user first time login?

You can see in Login History of that user by exporting login history of that particular user in CSv format.

Or you can create a workflow rule with created and subsequent metting the criteria which will execute only once time by checking Last login of user.
