you can use pageblockTable here.or data table

Is this an edit page or a view page?

The top and bottom are labels (outputtext) and input and/or outputfields

The middle can be pageblockTable or DataList

If all the data is in one object you can use a standard controller.

If they are in multiple objects, you need a standard controller with extensions
