Can't see the Macros widget

I'd like to start working with the macros in the Service Cloud Console, but each help article begins with "Click the Macros widget in the bottom right of your screen." Yet, I don't see it. I'm a Sys Admin, so I have read/edit access to the macros object. Any ideas?

@Shashank Hi Shashank. I have the same problem i can't see the widget, and your article is not available anymore. Any help is much appreciated

@AlexBeligan - Please find the instructions in the URL: http://sforce.co/2rzsaoz to setup Macro and all. I have followed steps as listed in this URL and I was able to create, view and test a Macro from scratch.

I saw this post when looking for the Macro option after reading many pages of salesforce help articles.  After adding it in the Choose Console Components, it should show up.  I was just not looking in the right place and none of the help articles tell you how to actually launch this component - it's in the very bottom right hand corner. If you have a large wide screen monitor this is very easy to miss.
