Cannot Access Lightning App Builder
Anyone else have trouble finding the Lightning App Builder in their Dev Org? I am on Summer 15, and I was able to enable Lightning Components in Salesforce1, but I do not have the App Builder. Help!
Then it seems like it is not activated for your org. You should open a case with Salesforce

Try to hit following url with your instance name
https://YOURINSTANCENAMEHERE.lightning.force.com/visualEditor/appBuilder.app
I tried the URL you provided, substituting my instance name from my Dev Org,
https://na24.lightning.force.com/visualEditor/appBuilder.app
and it gave me "URL No Longer Exists".
Any other suggestions would be appreciated! Thanks!
