how to prepare salesforce admin in the point of interview? please any one help me?

Are you looking to interview someone for a Salesforce Admin position, or are you looking to prepare for an interview as a Salesforce Admin?

In some interviews, Interviewers are asking questions on admin (profiles, owd, sharing etc.). How do I have to prepare for that?

I would take as many of the Trailhead [1] modules as you can and also prepare for the appropriate Salesforce exam [2] for the role.  These things should help you learn the platform and help you be able to answer these questions.
