"Unable to generate a temporary class (result=1)" is returned when .Net integration tries to parse the Enterprise WSDL version 32.0

This issue has come back up with only one of my SalesForce accounts. I have tried downloading a new WSDL and adding the fix but the type conversion still fails.

Can you provide the full error message and stack trace. It may provide some clues about where element in the responss is causing the problem.

What release is the problem Salesforce Org on? I'd assume Winter '16 by now.
