Hi Venkat,

I don't think currently its is possible to export/use custom labels through API's (excluding Metadata API) and use them in excel.There is also an existing idea for this : https://success.salesforce.com/ideaview?id=08730000000714WAAQ

May be you can fetch all the custom labels throgh Metadata API which gives XML file in respose and thorgh XML parsing you can get all the custom labels. I haven't tried it yet but hopes it works!
