When will lightening desktop be available ?

I am pretty much excited to play with lightning desktop after looking at the demo .Going through the trailhead but cant see it enabled in my org[00D280000011Q93] .When this will be available for users i India?

Hello Debadyuti,
                        Lightning Experience will be generally available (GA) in Winter ‘16 (198). Lightning Experience will be automatically available to be turned on by an admin in all GE+ orgs in Winter ‘16 except Content Management Edition (CME) orgs and orgs with person accounts enabled. Contact your Salesforce rep for more information about what to do for CME orgs and orgs with Person Accounts.

Pritam,
The question is about "Lightnong for Desktop", not the "Lightnong Experience" announced the other day, only for the web for the moment.

We are hoping native desktop apps will follow.
