Hey, I have given an answer above a third party tool but I would also love to tell you about the manual techniques to recover MS Access database.
These steps can be a little bit time taking but they are free and if done correctly would surely help you out.
There are 4methods to do manual recovery of MS Access as far as i know:
1. Importing your corrupt files to a new one
2. Using compact and repair
3. Using jetcomp.exe
4. Backup & restore

Try a new approach to repair corrupt access database. Follow steps:
Step1: GOTO C:\Windows\SysWOW64 >> Now, Search and Run ‘odbcad32.exe’
Step2: You will see DSN tabs >> In User DSN, Click on Add
Step3: To repair corrupt access database select Driver do Microsoft Access(*.mdb). Click on Finish
Step4: Add Datasource name(any name) >> Under Database click on Select and choose the .mdb file to repair. Click OK.
Step5: Now just Click on Repair and wait till it's finished.
