Setup -> Lightning Experience

I don't have that option in my Org? What I need to do to enable Lightning Experience?

Hi Alfredo,

Lightning experience is a Winter 16 release. Kindly wait for the release patch to run. 
It will happen by september. Dates are shared in the link given below:

Also if you would like to play around with Lightning, you can subscribe to 60 day trial pre release org in the link given below:
https://www.salesforce.com/form/signup/prerelease-winter16.jsp

I still dont see that option, I have registered from above links with new developer edition. Did anyone got access?

If you cannot find it by searching the possible options in setup, then I guess there is a separate non searchable link at the top of the setup options, checkout the below screen shot

click on "Lightining Experience"  then inside the new page you will have the options to enable or disable the lightining experience.
