Hello Kevin,

The Salesforce1 app menu will pull standard and custom objects through the inclusion of "Smart Search Items" in the Mobile Navigation Setup page. Navigate to Setup > Mobile Administration > Mobile Navigation and ensure the "Smart Search Items" element is in the selected list.
