users are not visible in scheduling report

Hi Team,

When i am scheduling a report to the users in To me and/or others...  option when i am selecting the users all users are not visible only present user is coming.i want to schedule email report to other user .

please give me a solution to achieve this.

Suresh -   You can send reports only to email addresses included on Salesforce user records and the user must be active.

Is have that report in 'My Personal custom Report' folder?
Please move to it separate folder or public folder where all users will have access to it.

But in production users are not visible report is in seperate folder only...can u suggest me on this ?
