Can user with Chatter Profile have access to Visualforce Pages ?

Hello All,
  Myself, I found the answer for the above question.

 User with Chatter License, cannot have access to any Visualforce pages.
 But, User with Chatter Plus License, can have access to Visualforce pages developed.

 I am posting this, as it might be helpul for some one.
