Deployment Through ChangeSets

Can we use Changesets to deploy components from one Production Environment to another Production Environment ?

NO that not possible to use Changesets to deploy components from one Production Environment to another Production Environment .

If you want to do meta data from one production org to other production org then you have to use one of them for deployment :
1.) Eclipse IDE
2.) Workbench
3,) ANT
