Thanks for the link but we dont have AttachmentShare object for Attachment obj at the salesforce backend.So I need to achieve the shared example scenario to attachment obj.Please let me know how to implement this.

All the child object sharing is controlled by its Parent object.
Attachment is a child object so it will also follow the sharing rules define on its Parent.
