How to display my chatter group name to all users in my org.

Hi Guys,

                I am trying display my group name ( My Group)  in Group drop down list.(marked in red box) . somebody help me to how to display My Group in that drop down to all users in my org.

Hello Sai !

I believe you have captured the above screenshot from the detail page of 'Test Group'. Let me try if I can help you here.

1. Firstly, I have created a Group as 'Test Group' and given permission as 'Public'
2. Later if you navigate to Chatter > Groups > Test Group. Here you can not edit the group, it will show the 'Test Group' only
3. Now navigate back to 'Chatter' and here you can select the Group
4. From 'To My Followers' drop down select the 'A Group'
5. Now you will see the 'Search Group' box. Just click there in the box
6. Here you can see all the groups.

After you create a Group,it will be active by default in Salesforce. If you are NO Longer using the group for posts or any comments, then you can Archieve it.
