send an email community

Community users cannot see the Send an Email button even though the Send Email permission is checked in their profile.
Is there any other setting we are missing here?

Hi yes, It is happening only for community users. Internal users can view it just fine. It is also available on the page layout. Even the activity history is available. However only Log a Call button is seen. Is it only if the case is created by using email-to-case that the button is shown ? Abhishek

Yes this has also been set as “All Email”. Abhishek
