How to create a pie chart from a multi-picklist field

Create a summary report on a object like position(a custom obj.) which have operating_systam__c a multiselect picklist field and use this field in report.
after create a deshboard use pie chart component.
let me know if you have any issue.

Nitin, Thank you so much for your reply. Unfortunately, I don't understand. I'm not a developer and need direction like a kindergartener. : ). I spoke with Salesforce and they couldn't help because they said it is possible but with coding. I don't have a developer here to help me so anything you can do to help would be greatly appreciated!
