Why am I keep getting this message "Challenge not yet complete... here's what's wrong: The 'Cases by Status' report does not include the Owner and Account Name columns

I am doing Trailhead "Reports & Dashboards - Visualizing your data" Challenger and keep getting above mssage

"Challenge not yet complete... here's what's wrong: 
The 'Cases by Status' report does not include the Owner and Account Name columns"

Here is the reprt few lines with header"

Case Owner Subject Date/Time Opened Age (Hours) Open Closed Account/Full Name Account Owner Alias Account Owner Account ID
Status: New (9 records)

Can someone please help me what am i doing wrong.

NOTE :- Your report should be Summary format and plz include Owner and Account Name in your report.

Hello @Amit Chaudhary 8, as you can see the report i have created is exactly the same as your report do you have any particular troubleshootting to do in order to pass the challenge?

@Jayanth Thathapudi, I have resolved the challange doing the same steps in another DE. Let me know if it works.

Hello,

The best solution I have found (after having unsuccessfully created 3 DE) was to :
  1. Go to my personal settings > Personal > Language & Timezone,
  2. Then switch my language to English and save.
  3. and after, only validate my challenge again... and then it worked !

Thanks for the solution!
After I have tried several times to validade the challenge I just changed my language from Portuguese (Brazil) to English and it worked fine!
