API is very very very slow in responding

Is the API down? I can't find a status for the API. Our response time is crazy slow.

The API is an intergral part of the service.  Performance can vary depending on which instance your org is on.  Please consult trust.salesforce.com for system availability status.

Can you please your org instance it is very slow on standard page ut it if custom page then it might be related of porcessing time of the flow you are in.
