Apex CPU time limit exceeded error with Marketo Sync

we are syncing over leads from marketo to salesforce, and I am getting the following error:

CANNOT_INSERT_UPDATE_ACTIVATE_ENTITY: mkto_si.RemoveInterestingMomentLinebreaksContact: System.LimitException: Apex CPU time limit exceeded 

I looked at the installed package, but the Apex  coded is "Managed" so I unable to see it.

Anyone know how to bypass or fix it?

Hi Batman, did you get any help on this? I am also encountering the same issue - any feedback will be helpful. 
It was due to an apex trigger we had in the running everytime the update took place.

The only work around we had was to do smaller batches
