how to find recycle bin in setup menu

Dear all,
is there a way to delete records from recycle bin in Setup menu ? How can I find the recycle bin ? I could not find it in Quick Search box.

You can find the recycle bin on the sidebar that appears on the home page layout (it is not accessible through the setup menu).
There you can delete and undelete the records.

recycle bin will not come under setup menu. Just click on any tab or Home tab and then you can see recycle bin from left side.

Hi,

You willnot find the "Recycle Bin" in the Setup menu. It is available on the left-side of a page when you click on any tab. 

The Recycle Bin link in the sidebar lets you view and restore recently deleted records for 15 days before they are permanently deleted.Your Recycle Bin record limit is 25 times the Megabytes (MBs) in your storage. For example, if your organization has 1 GB of storage then your limit is 25 times 1000 MB or 25,000 records. If your organization reaches its Recycle Bin limit, Salesforce automatically removes the oldest records if they have been in the Recycle Bin for at least two hours.

Is the Recycling Bin available in Lightning?
I couldnt find it so I switched to the Classic view, retrieved the deleted items I needed then reverted back to Lightning mode.

I was also told there is a Recycle Bin App.

Not in Winter'19.  No word as to whether it will ever be provided.

The chat on the Idea includes a reference to an AppExchange package that provides a fairly good recycle bin in Lightning.  I quite like it, but would so much rather have it provided as standard.

Though the recycle bin is still not available in Lightning, you can try Recycle Bin Manager by Kandisa Technologies.
