Hello< I am geeting this error and when I look this up on boards it indicates a workflow issue. Not sure that this could possibly be the case in my instance. Also, when I called SF for help, the menu choices seemed to indicate my only recourse was to post here. I am unable to run my business without resolving this first and my third party development team say I have to be the one to contact SF to get an answer? HELP!?

clicking on the the initialize session button, following the prompts through the wizard. choosing existing owner and new site manager....
i would be happy to get on GTM etc to show you as would susan@exponentpartners.com
this is some custom codig that has been working intil now and has not been recently changed.
