Jesus Sai Push notifications are not working for my cases
Hi All
I have configured push notifications on Service console and given access to users to service console.
When I do changes to any of the Case I could see those changes are refreshing on the console, However, I am not getting any notifications. Even the Changes are not changing into italic or bold or change in the colour. Any valuable suggestions why push notifications are not working.
Look forward for your help asap.
