No one can see report results but me

I have an issue where I as the Admin have created a report for someone and I get the results. When they run it (And I run it as them), it returns 0. They have permission to the group that I'm filtering on, so all in all, I think they should be able to see it!

Please help me! I really dont know where else to look for this answer!?

I am not an expert but sometimes it could be that the folder the report is saved in has restricted access.

Not the folder, because I logged in as them and created the report and saved it in their folder. I have tried everything I know.....

You have probably thought of all of this but the only things that I can think of at the top of my head is to check 
1. access to the data being included in the report
2. sometimes the browser being used can make a difference (I had this happen where on IE it was showing zero results but on chrome it was showing everything).
