How Do I Setup and Run Tests in Cinnamon for Salesforce Automated Testing?

I like to know where I can get information on how to setup and  create tests in Cinnamon for automating Salesforce tests.  I have looked on the web cannot find anything that tells me how to setup and run tests in Cinnamon.

Any help would be appreciated  !!  Thanks !!

If the execution is actually slower, I wonder how they are managing to run the tests daily/often.
