DUNS Hierarchy

I have stored the duns information on account in 4 fields-
DUNS Number
Panrent DUNS Number
Domestic DUNS Number
Global DUNS Number
I need to create hierarchy based on these 4 fields, has anyone implemented DUNS hierarchy in salesforce ? any logic/code would be really helpful.
