Gettin Error [Exception, DomainNotPropagated] for Lightning

I am a newbie in Lightning. When I try to click on "Lightning App Builder" in my settings, i get the following error:

I have already configured My Domain and deployed in to users. Can someone please help me out with this?

That means you have deployed "my domain" to users but it's not yet propagated, that takes a while. If this will happen still after 48hours you need to start a case to salesforce support. In my company we had issue with domain, didn't propagated whole week.

It has been more than 3 days i think, and I am still getting this error. Since the issue is in my personal devbox, i am unable to raise a Case as well. Salesforce should open some way so that cases relating to personal dev boxes can be raised as well, else issues like this will leave us in a limbo.

Did anyone find a workaround for this issue. I am still unable to create Lighting apps in my Developer instance. Any help would be appreciated.
