Error message when deploying Apex Class Extension

When trying to deplo a class this message appears?

Hi Alfredo,

Login to the sandbox where you are trying ot upload your change set.
Go to Setup -> Deployment Settings -> Edit -> Allow  Inbound Changes -> Save.

Now when you go back to your original sandbox you will see the required sandbox in the uplaod lsit
