How to browse image from local machine in Rich text area field

I want to copy and paste image in the Rich text area field. But it is not possible. Is ot possible to browse image from the local image ?

My Issue is fixed, I was using Rich text are afield on VF page in Inputtextarea tag, I use Inputfield tag now.
It gave me both local machine and web option.
