How to Remove Attachement Edit and Delete buttons to user

Hi ,
Once Order is completed i attached the Report to the attachement,
but need to ristrict the edit and delete that attachement from other users,
pls can any one help on this,

in that link i got the information how to update the attachement title using trigger,
But i want to prevent Edit and delete Attachement From Users Once Created

Yes..You can create triger on update and delete and prevent users from doing that. The help link is to help on how to create trigger on attachments as you wont have UI for attachment object.
