Problem in Getting the created "Case Team" under Available / New Cases.
Hi All,
I created a Case Team by adding some of the Case Roles and adding the same to the Case Team. I went to the Page Layout in the Cases and added the related list for CASE TEAM to the layout. After that when I went to the cases to check for the automatic inclusion of the Case Team in the details of the case, I'm unable to see the Case Team. My expectation is to get the case team below all the existing cases & any case created.

You have create the case team and added the case roles. you would need to either manually add the case team to the cases or by using data loader to add case team on existing cases.
