How can I share an object with other Partner automatically?

If i want to share information with other Org. for example:
I want to share all my contacts with other Org, I have to connect one by one contact? and if i will add a new contact, i have to connect this manually? Or there is any solution where new contact share automatically with the other Org?

We have to use Salesforce to Salesforce concept here but you have to share manually one by one record. Looking the options for sharing it automatically.
