I had completed Trailhead and earn 2 badges but I didn't recieved any confirmation email regarding T-shirt

Hello,
On 14 march 2016 i completed my two modules of Trailheads and earned 2 badges but yet I didnt recieve any confirmation email regarding T-shirt. Please anyone can provide me the reason and solution.

I think this was there till Jan 31 2016 only, please check one more time.
