Cherwell Integration

Hello All,
Our team has just switched ITSM platforms and has some interest integrating with Salesforce.  Has anyone encountered this integration?

Hi Francisco,
I have in the past. It should require access to SFDC API for more unique customizable features, but for the most part it's quite standard.
